Due to a scheduling mix up, the meeting lasted only until 7:15.   We carried the Pivot Table work to the April meeting.

7:00 - 8:30 Pivot Tables:

Read data from Excel tables and Access queries.
Summarize and Arrange data data in Pivot Tables,
Display data with Pivot Charts
Formatting tricks for Pivot Tables.

The Example workbook Pivot-H1qry-short.zip is a small piece of a 20,000 row data query of risked cashflows.   The Projects are named after baseball players.   Line Items and Years are in rows.    We use Pivot Tables to filter and re-orient the data.
