Build a
Mail Merge application that sends account delinquency letters to
clients with past Due more than 30 days.
- Elements:
- Load Client Addresses into Excel from a Tab Delimited File
Have Client Balance Aging table showing age of amount due
Pivot Table showing Balance due by Age.
- Create a query to summarize Balance Due by age Range
Create a query identifying Clients needing a letter and amount
due
Create a query joining amount due with addresses.
Link MS Word to the final query for a mail merge.
This meeting will use Excel, Access, and Word.
